We have a team of loyal and experienced staff, many of whom have been with the company for over 20 years. Their experience and product knowledge is an integral part of the smooth and successful day-to-day running of IMP. Over the years we have moved with the changing times and provided top quality service and products. This has all been achieved with the help of staff past and present that have enabled us to progress and keep our business at the forefront of industries.

COMPANY DIRECTOR

Andrew Laundy brings over 33 years of expertise in engineering, design, sales, and support within the industry. As a seasoned professional, Andrew combines technical knowledge with a strategic approach to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.

Lisa joined the company in 1992 as an Office Junior. She has worked in our Sales, Purchasing and Accounts Departments during her time with us. Lisa now manages the Main Office. Her loyalty and wealth of experience makes her a valuable member of our team.

Hannah started at IMP in October 2020, Hannah has a background in retail sales and progressed up to a retail supervisor. Hannah brings extensive knowledge of customer service with her to IMP.

Caitlin joined the IMP team May 2022, coming from a short background in retail, Caitlin has shown the skill of being a strong multitasker and a team player. Now looking after our social media presence and helping the sale department generate new business.

SHANE RIDGEWELL

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Shane joined the company in 1992 as a Factory Operative. Shane was trained as our Designer Manager and is now our Production Manager. He has an extensive knowledge of our products and his time as a Designer has also given him a valuable insight into the products that we produce.
